Baby Waterfowl Everywhere
We have two Great Blue Heron nests this year with 3 babies in each. There already flying and can be seen feeding in the wetlands or going back to the nest. The osprey's babies hatched in the past week. Excited to find out how many. Lots of baby ducks in the wetlands. The dock bird houses are full of tree swallows, purple martins and sparrows. We often seen a common merganser with her babies on the river. Although no babies, the flock of pelicans are daily visitors
